Restorative Crystal Singing Bowl Soundbath

Immerse yourself in a sanctuary of sound with a restorative crystal singing bowl soundbath. These unique sessions utilise the vibrations of handcrafted quartz crystal bowls to create a symphony of soothing sounds that gently wash over your body and mind.

Booking in advance is essential. Refunds are not available within 72 hours of the event but if you’d like to transfer your space to a friend, just let us know.

Please bring a blanket/cushion/eye mask – whatever you need to feel comfy and warm. Yoga mats are provided.

Contra-indications: pregnancy (1st trimester), metal implant (contraceptive coils are fine), pacemaker, suffer from a sound sensitive condition, severe or clinical mental illness, undergoing treatment with a medical physician. Please discuss any concerns or queries you may have regarding your suitability before booking as, in some cases, you may still be able to attend with permission from your medical professional or GP.
