Restorative Crystal Singing Bowl Soundbath

Held on the cusp of the Summer Solstice, a time which marks the longest day of the year, a time of peak sunlight and abundance. It’s a potent time to celebrate the vibrancy of life, acknowledge the culmination of growth, and set intentions for the coming months.

Join us for an extended evening which will include guided meditation and visualisation, sweet treats and herbal tea. Limited to 12 places.

Please bring a blanket/cushion/eye mask – whatever you need to feel comfy and warm. Yoga mats are provided.
