Imbolc, celtic spring, and a full moon approach
In a world where so much of life is online, and loneliness feels like the norm, I’d like to offer something different: connection through fire, circle, sauna, and song.
This is a new and developing project: an opportunity to gather together with others, to hear and be heard, to live more intentionally, to sing, and to experience the power of sauna + cold plunge as we celebrate simply being embodied and alive.
Please note everything is invitational, and no prior experience necessary.
This gathering will include:
• guided meditation
• council (a form of circle-sharing) – silent witness is also a form of participation
• sauna + (optional) cold plunge – mixed group, in swimwear
• being taught and led in some simple (optional) singing

The circle is led by me, Mungo. I have 10 years' experience of holding space and have created and facilitated many of these spaces. My heart is in helping people feel more embodied, more connected, and more alive, so that all of life may flourish.
