Beginners Yoga Course - Davenham

Perhaps you're an over-thinker, easily overwhelmed, or struggle with anxiety wishing you could escape the relentless noise in your head and simply feel more at home in your own body? If this resonates and you want to see if yoga could be perfect for you, then my new gentle beginner's hatha yoga course, launching this September is crafted specifically for you.

This course of 4 sessions is a gentle invitation to explore movement, breath, and self-connection in a way that feels safe and accessible. We will focus on foundational postures and breathing techniques, creating a steady rhythm between body and mind, perfect for easing into practice without pressure. There will be access to a private whatsapp group to share practice between sessions and ask questions.
