Get ready to be honest with yourself. Take this five-week course to get to know the real you… the one inside that very few people know. This class is very transformative. You will develop skills to change your way of thinking in everything you do.
We will work with meditation, tasks and feelings to get to your authentic self. The class will consist of:
1. Opening your channels through meridian work
2. Honoring your feelings including your time capsule self
3. Speaking your truths and aligning your mind, body and soul
4. Getting your message with word intention and color therapy
5. Stepping into your power and soul contract work
Classes are every Wednesday for five weeks starting January 21st from 7:00 p.m - 8:30 p.m. It will continue every Monday with the final class on February 18, 2025. (I am keeping February 25th as a snow day - so keep that date open as well, just in case)
