Sip and Scents: Essential Oils for Comfort, Change and Grounding

Join us for an afternoon sharing the beauty of autumn with a cozy, hands-on aromatherapy workshop designed to help you welcome the season of change with calm, clarity, and confidence!

Guided by Denise Rafkind-Moyano, Certified Aromatherapist and founder of Monarch Nature, you’ll explore the art and science of essential oils while discovering how they can support balance, grounding, and emotional well-being. With expert guidance, you’ll create your own safe, high-quality essential oil blend using proper dilutions and best practices—something special to carry with you as the days grow cooler and the seasons shift.

Come prepared to socialize, breathe deeply, and celebrate self-care in a nurturing space that encourages positive energy and well being.

Light refreshments will be provided, along with the joy of connecting to yourself and others. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired—ready to embrace autumn with a little extra peace and comfort with your own custom essential oil blend you created to take home with you.

Each participant will receive a coupon for 10% off one regular-priced item up to $100, or 5% off one regular-priced item up to $1,000, at the shop, good for one week from the date of the class.

No experience necessary. All supplies will be provided.
