NEW! Sunflower String Art Workshop w/Marta of Made by M

Calling all sunflowers lovers! Come, join us for a NEW sunflower string art workshop at Nest! Pick one of two available sunflower patterns, and create beautiful sunflower string art piece! You’ll be working on a large, espresso, already stained wooden board. You’ll be able to choose different shades of yellow and brown threads for your project. You’ll be guided step by step as you complete the project.

NO EXPERIENCE required! All materials (tools for class use only) are included!

Teens 14+ are welcome as long as they’re comfortable using a hammer.

A hammer & other necessary tools will be provided (for class use only), for each participant. You’ll be guided step by step, as you complete the project.

Marta Makarski of Made by M: Marta was born and raised in Poland. She came to the USA in her mid-20s. where she stayed and started a family. She enjoys crafting and her favorites are macrame and string art. She discovered string art during the pandemic and finds it to be very relaxing.
