Women's Group

In this women’s group, we will focus on regaining balance and affirmation in a world of doing for others while denying self. You CAN say no to the things leaving you feeling depleted and overwhelmed and we want to help you on that path. Together we will dive into what’s has led to your burn-out and find what works for you to restore the balance to your life.

This group is for women who want to:
Reconnect with their voice, identity, and inner clarity
Explore emotions safely — without having to hold it all together
Heal old patterns that show up in relationships
Finally take up space in their own life again
