Welcome to Deadlifts & Donuts 2025, everyone's favorite NHF event of the year—designed especially for people who want to feel strong again… without the ego, pressure, or mirrors.

If you want a prep session to go over form, technique, find your starting attempts and in general get prepped to understand what to expect at this event and if nothing else feel a little less nervous, also choose the "Lohn John" option when registering!
