Coloring For Self-Care

This isn’t just your average “adult coloring book” activity...

In this class, you'll have the opportunity to disconnect from daily pressures in a cozy, safe space, follow along in a few guided exercises meant to help re-regulate your mind and body, and fully immerse yourself in the simplicity of just coloring.

✨ Disassociate from everything going on out there with a heads down hour of protected peace and relaxation, free from distractions.

😮‍💨 The workshop will start with a few guided breathing exercises to ground you and get your in the right mind-set to unplug for a while.

🖍️ Choose from hundreds of different coloring pages and high-end markers that make any coloring look amazing.

🍻 Most importantly, simply relax and have fun in Makeshift’s cozy kitchen workshop which is BYOB, beginner friendly, and open to everyone.
