You’ve never seen a lip-synch battle like this before. Our members and strategic partners are hitting the stage and going head-to-head in the ultimate lip-singing throwdown—and you’re invited to join the fun!

Enjoy charcuterie, pizza, and all the vibes as teams of up to six battle it out for the title. Whether you’re competing or just here for the show, this is going to be one of the most unforgettable nights in Northeast Ohio real estate history.

• One person per team must be a WCR NEO member
• Teams can be 1–6 people
• Entry Fee: $50 per team
• Songs must be submitted two weeks prior and will be kept secret for maximum surprise!
• Strategic partners are invited to perform solo or as a group!
