Pause for a Cause: A Community Candle-lit Flow for MSK

Join us for an evening of community, movement, and total body restoration. This will be a candle-lit heated flow class, led by Allie Nunzi. The GGY Teaching Team will be in the house as we bring back the beloved Ultimate Savasana at the end of class!

Help us raise money for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Research in loving memeory of Carlos Diaz. Funds will be gifted oto Fred's Team for the upcoming New York City Marathon.
