About the event

Parent & Me: Move and Breathe (Ages 3-10 years old)

Have fun, move and breathe while we explore age appropriate yoga poses to help strengthen our bodies, focus our minds and build the parent/child bond. Plus, fun music, games and circle time. Mats Available. Please pay what you can at check out or cash/check in person. Sliding scale ($15-$25) per parent/child.
