The Marozzo Cup is an epic test of Historical Martial Arts prowess.
Three core tournaments are included in the battle for the Cup itself: Longsword, Sword & Buckler, & Sidesword. These tournaments will be run concurrently, swapping weapons and fencing with the same opponent.
In addition there are stand alone tournaments in: Duellist Rapier, Rapier & Dagger, Spear, and Longsword.

How will the three core tournaments work?
Progression to eliminations in the Longsword, Sword & Buckler, and Sidesword tournaments will be based on your performance across all three weapons.
Each match will be fought as up to three sub matches, first Longsword, then Sword & Buckler, then Sidesword.
Will the results be submitted to HEMA Ratings?
Yes. Individual matches from all the tournaments will be submitted to HEMA Ratings.
Will there be swords to borrow?
Yes there will be loaner Longswords, Sideswords, Bucklers, Rapiers, Daggers, and Spears to borrow if needed. There will also be some limited loaner PPE - with priority going to newer fencers. If you need to borrow something we encourage you to organise it with your home club in advance.
