After a resounding success following the release of the first single off her debut Album, 'Another View from Dystopia', Bernadette Novembre is back on stage, this time to celebrate the launch of her new single 'Sliding' co-written and produced by Joshua Moriarty (Telenova, Miami Horror). This will be Bernadette’s third single off her debut full-length Album expected to be released in 2026.
Featuring Bernadette's high-energy band (Olivia Tomada - Keys and Backing Vocals, Josh Boult – Rhythm Guitar, Adyn Young – Lead Guitar and Backing Vocals, Ethan Colussi – Bass and Luke Andresen – Drums) and special guests Supa Lucia, Özergun, Ben Mastwyk and His Millions and DJ Mermaid spinning vinyl ‘til late!
A potion with equal parts of The Beatles, Electric Light Orchestra, Lana del Rey and the Arctic Monkeys, Bernadette’s music has been described as Avant-Indie Alt-Rock on the dreamscape; a fusion of late 1960’s Rock and modern Indie Rock / Dream Pop with tinges of the surreal.
'Another View from Dystopia' made the Top 5 of the AMRAP Metro Charts within the first week of its release and Bernadette was selected as a semi-finalist in the International Songwriting Competition (Nashville) amongst thousands of entries in March 2025.

Born and bred in Melbourne, Australia BERNADETTE NOVEMBRE had an early start in music and began singing professionally at the age of only six. Touring with international artists from six to 12 years old, Bernadette is heavily influenced by French and Italian artists of the 1960's such as Françoise Hardy, Dalida and Mina.
In 2017 Bernadette began to entrench herself in the Melbourne music scene and started singing again and songwriting. This resulted in the release of a critically acclaimed Soul EP 'Rebounding' which was co-written and produced by Ryan Ritchie (True Live, The Raah Project). Radio stations across the country and internationally played Bernadette’s songs which translated into a loyal following around the world and her participation in numerous gigs and festivals. The first single off this EP, 'Everybody Knows' is soon to be featured in a new major series on Paramount + and Netflix called 'Futuro Desierto'.
Almost four years ago, Bernadette met the creative genius Joshua Moriarty (Telenova, Miami Horror, All The Colours) who agreed to co-write and produce Bernadette’s debut Album. Bernadette always knew that she wanted to make an Indie Rock album, having been inspired by her favourite 1960’s artists The Beatles, George Harrison, The Doors, The Kinks, The Zombies, The Animals, Janis Joplin, The Mamas and The Papas, Jimi Hendrix, David Bowie, Electric Light Orchestra, The Beach Boys, Dusty Springfield and her modern-day idols the Arctic Monkeys, Saint Motel, Tempesst, Beach House, Lana del Rey, Florence and The Machine, The Vaccines, Babyshambles, Franz Ferdinand, Oasis, PJ Harvey, Queens of The Stone Age, Chrissie Hynde and Alexandra Savior.
A surrealist at heart, Bernadette’s new music has been described as ‘Avant-Indie Alt Rock on the dreamscape’ due to the dreamlike quality of her lyrics and melodies. With the new Album, Bernadette also aspires to create a polyptych in the form of four music videos to metaphorically paint the picture of the songs’ transcendent meanings. Her debut Album is expected to be released in 2026.
Bernadette has achieved so much in the eight years she has been back in the music scene. A highlight of Bernadette’s career thus far includes playing support to members of The Rolling Stones. The first single off Bernadette’s debut Album, Another View from Dystopia debuted at #5 on the AMRAP Metro Charts in its very first week. The music video for this song and Into the Now (unreleased song on the forthcoming Album) made it to the semi-final of the International Songwriting Competition (ISC) in March 2025.
Ben Mastwyk & His Millions
Melbourne cosmic-country-rocker BEN MASTWYK writes his songs on the move. Planes, trains, rivers and highways set the mood. “There’s something about the rhythm of the world rolling by that stimulates the process” he explains. Gold-suited and rhinestoned, Mastwyk leads his seven-piece band THE MILLIONS into bold sonic territories where songs erupt into swaggering, psychedelic bar-room gems.
As a teenage noise-rocker, Mastwyk’s love of twang was instilled when he rode shotgun on the production of a family country record, exposing him to artists such as Cash, Kristofferson & Parsons and firmly establishing his love of classic country music. At art school he picked up a banjo and joined Jemma Rowlands and her Clifton Hillbillies leading to performances in Nashville TN and Austin TX; then a borrowed guitar spawned a flood of songwriting culminating in his 2015 debut album Mornin Evenin. Further journeys across America’s south inspired his second, more sonically diverse album, Winning Streak.
With a growing reputation as a dynamic entertainer and applauded songwriter, Mastwyk has become an artist to watch in the Australian country music scene. Twice nominated for Best Country Album (Music Victoria Awards), Mastwyk has toured his songs around Australia, NZ and the USA receiving high rotation across national radio. His third album, 2021’s LIVIN ON GOLD STREET, debuted at #1 on the Australian Independent charts and #2 on the ARIA Australian Country charts.
Özergun
ÖZERGUN is a six piece band of devout music lovers whose ages span over a decade between the oldest and youngest members. What originally began as a lonely solo project has turned into nothing short of family, and the band's culture has overflowed into the creation of a music community. A range of local artists now regularly rehearse and perform at the band's HQ in Melbourne's eastern suburbs.
Özergun explores a variety of rock, funk, jazz, folk, and world music flavours through an Australian lens. Deeply personal yet refreshingly accessible lyrics connect the dots between local and universal truths.
Supa Lucia
SUPA LUCIA are a fun loving and energetic disco pop band from Naarm / Melbourne. Their sound blends a myriad of vibrant musical and stylistic influences.
Think tight, pulsating "Studio 54" rhythms, ambitious “wall of sound” arrangements, stacked 70s singalong harmonies and insatiably catchy pop hooks.
Delivered by a dual female lead vocal attack, Supa Lucia make memorable, retro-flavoured dance music for a new modern generation of fans.
