Teacher Appreciation Wellness Event - FREE for Teachers and School Staff

You give so much—now it’s time to receive. Join us for a very special Teacher Appreciation Wellness Event in our attempts to give back to the educators who do so much for others.

We’ll begin with a 30-minute gentle movement session to help you unwind and reconnect with your body, followed by complimentary coffee, pastries, and time to relax in great company. Explore a variety of self-care activities and mini-services offered by local wellness businesses and practitioners, all curated to help you recharge and take time for YOU!
