Wild Things 3 at Brixworth Country Park

Get outdoors and hands-on with nature at these forest-school-inspired activities (in partnership with Brixworth Country Park)

At our third Wild Things session you can: book a Pond Dipping session, drop in to have a go at Willow Weaving, or Build a Den in the woods. Please read the information below carefully to find out which activities need to be booked and which you can just drop into.

All activities are free. You will just need to pay for parking.

Bookable Sessions:
• Pond Dipping – Country Park Rangers will have all the kit to help you discover what wildlife lies beneath the surface of the pond.

Drop-In Sessions:
• Willow Weaving - learn how to bend willow wands into wreaths, crowns, animals and ornaments.
• Den Building – go wild in the woods building your own shelter.
