Wellbeing & Wavelengths - Light & Joy

Our monthly collaboration with SENDS 4 Dad where we encourage you to drop in to rise up with a cuppa, craft and chat.

This month - with the longest day of the year - we are looking at taking time to seek the light and joy in our own lives.

These monthly sessions are free to attend through funding from Northamptonshire Community Foundation but donations welcome.
