Vauxhall Victor Club National Rally 2025
We are delighted to announce that following the huge success of last year’s return to Billing Aquadrome for our National Rally, we will once more be at Billing Aquadrome, Crow Lane, Great Billing, Northampton NN3 9DA for 2025.
The important dates are 11th, 12th and 13th July 2025. We will once again this year be joined by the Vauxhall Cresta Club, The Vauxhall FD & FE Owners Club and the Vauxhall Owners Club (1903-1957) making up a great little gathering of historic Vauxhalls.
Colin Carey has again done all the hard work to finalise the arrangements for us. Since last year there has been considerable change and improvement to the park, which continues at pace ahead of this summer season, and as they continue to improve the quality of the park there have been a couple of policy decisions introduced, but these will have very limited impact on us.
A policy change we have been aware of since early November 2024 was that they have brought in a ‘No Tents’ policy, meaning that they no longer allow camping under canvas. Secondly, the area we used last year is under development and so we will be in a different location.
Our event will be located on ‘Heron Way Triangle’ a similar size to last years event and will easily meet our needs. It is centrally located and next to toilet and shower facilities.
Vauxhall Victor Club members can choose to attend on a daily basis or to visit for the duration of the event with caravans/motor homes. Caravans and motor homes can be located on our event area, or if our members wish, on one of Billing’s serviced pitch areas nearby.
Caravans / Motor homes visits must be booked in advance online or by telephone 01604 408181, Early booking is advised.
Colin did a trial run on their web site and there is no option to book a non-electric pitch so if members wish to pitch on our event area this will need to be done by telephone.
Autojumble can be sold from car boots and small stands by our members only. No trade stands permitted.
As last year, we will be having our BBQ on the Saturday evening.
Vauxhall Victor Club members will receive a 10% discount on the booking of caravans and motorhomes, not for booking any of the on site lodges or pods. The discount code will be published in Centre Section Spring 2025 edition which is currently with the printers. If you are a Vauxhall Victor Club member and want the code now, message me and I will let you know.
The cost of day entry has changed following the takeover of Billing Aquadrome by Meadow Bay. Costs are now £5.00 for each vehicle plus £5.00 for each occupant. Which still represents good value, and the entry price includes use of all facilities.
Touring pitches are minimum two nights. Grass pitches (either our event area or serviced pitch areas) are £96.00 for the two nights. Our event area does not have electric hook ups. If members choose a serviced pitch area, please be aware that the pitch will be away from our event area, but not far and will need to be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. The cost of your stay includes the use of all facilities including the swimming pool.
The cost of your stay is for either a motor home or caravan plus tow vehicle. There is an extra charge of £8.00 for an additional vehicle (Your Victor). This charge covers the duration of your stay. If members are towing their Victor on a trailer, then they will need to pay an additional £5.00 per day.
There are static caravans available on site that can be booked, they are a minimum three-night stays and prices range from about £260 to over £600! Glamping pods are also available, these too are a minimum of three-night stays and prices range from about £450 to £600. Full details are available on their web site. They are very luxurious, and some have hot tubs! I doubt these would be of interest to our members, but if people are interested then early booking is essential because some of the available options are already sold out.

By coincidence the VBOA are holding their event on the same dates as us but have now moved their show to a site a few miles away. Please be aware, this event has nothing to do with the VBOA and is purely the Vauxhall Victor Owners Club National Rally together with our invited guest Clubs. We will not be having any presence at the VBOA event.
