Tribe Table Men's Group

The Tribe Table is a space for good men to get together. It’s not about excluding anyone but having somewhere to talk openly, without judgement.

A place to vent, share skills, support each other, and have real conversations that don’t always happen day to day.

If that sounds like something you need, you’re welcome at the table.

This week we’ll follow the usual format:
Meet from 7:30, welcome any new faces, welcome any new faces, grab a tea, coffee or beer, take a moment to check in - good or bad - then get into our topic of the day. There’ll also be a light activity to jump into if you feel up for it.
