Join us this Saturday at 5pm for a relaxing Sound Bath Meditation facilitated by Jolie.

What to expect:

This guided meditation with sound bath blends calming verbal guidance with the southing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, & other instruments. Together they promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, & support emotional & energetic balance. Jolie is a experienced & skilled facilitator of sound bath mediations, yoga, & much more!
