Noho Flow and Juggle!

NOHO FLOWWWWW! Is back! With a new organizing team and lots of energy! Joseph, along with Kelly and Thomas are excited for the return of this awesome event.

Its time to come back together as a community around Play, Practice and Flow! Lets make cool tricks and train and play hard!

Noho Flow is a monthly flow fest spin jam where all are invited to practice and play with the art of getting into the zone or FLOW! Welcoming all people and juggling, flow toys and props! Come train and come play! NOHO FLOW is all about sharing and connection. We can all learn and we all have so much to teach!

Each event starts out with warm getting warmed up and arriving, Then an opening circle followed by workshops in different juggling or flow props and then time to keep on playing and training together!

Last Sundays of the month, we are inside until may!
