Come join us for our Kids Well-being Sessions where children can learn tools and techniques to enhance their mental and emotional well-being. Our sessions are interactive, fun, and designed to help kids navigate their feelings in a positive way. From mindfulness activities to creative expression, we cover it all while ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Help your child build resilience and develop important life skills. Let's empower our little ones together!
Info: First we'll start with an ice breaker to get to know each other! Then we'll teach you simple braiding styles on manequinns. Afterwards you'll have a chance to create your own masterpieces!!
Info: Learn how to sew an apron, using a child friendly template.
Info: Make your own bracelets or necklaces and decorate them with beads and gems. Use your artistic skills to make beautiful creation for yourself, your friend or family.
