IMMERSED underground

Enter the atmospheric vaulted brick cellar of Delapré Abbey for a deeply resonant evening of immersive sound.

The Gathering Sound brings together composer and multi-instrumentalist Richard Leigh, violinist David Le Page, and sound immersion artists Earthdance to weave a rich sonic landscape using gongs, Tibetan bowls, violin, piano, voices and ancestral instruments.

Within the Abbey’s intimate vaulted chamber, sound moves through the brick arches, unfolding in slow waves of resonance and tone.

This live sound immersion invites stillness and deep listening, as layered vibrations gently surround and carry the listener inward.
