OUR ANNUAL CELEBRATION OF YOGA - FREE CLASS

An hour of deep rest and inner stillness

Slow down and honour International Yoga Day with a deeply restful practice designed to soothe your nervous system and restore your inner balance. This calming class includes gentle restorative yoga poses supported by props, guided breath awareness, and a nourishing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation to close.

Rest & Restore is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect—perfect if you're feeling tired, overwhelmed, or simply in need of quiet space to just be.

This class is suitable for all levels and especially welcoming for those new to yoga. Come as you are, and leave feeling deeply rested, grounded, and recharged.

We’ll provide blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows—but feel free to bring your own if you prefer to use your own favourites for extra comfort.
