Explore Salcey Forest in a new way as we take a short, slow walk through the beautiful woods. We'll try out fun multi-sensory activities that encourage your whole family to unwind and connect together!

Slowing down in the woods can help all of us to relax and manage emotions, improve our sleep and concentration, and boost our immune system. No fitness or experience is needed - we'll make sure you find your own way to connect with nature, and leave with ideas and activities you can use at home.
