We’re so excited to invite you into a soul-nourishing journey of music, movement, and connection right here in Northampton.
This October, we welcome POLARNY known for weaving together soulful world rhythms, deep grooves, and playful beats that awaken the body and free the spirit.
The evening begins with a cacao ceremony led by Monika, a chance to open the heart and set intentions. From there, we flow into ecstatic dance journey with POLARNY, enriched by Sujatha’s evocative live vocals, JanJan drums and Shannon’s healing gongs.
We’ll close with a grounding sound journey to let the dance settle into heart and body, then gather in community to share food and connection.
No steps to learn. No experience required. Just you, the music, and the freedom to move.

8:00 PM - Closing Circle & Shared Food

🌿 What to Bring
✔ Comfortable layered clothing for movement

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice - a safe, substance-free space to express yourself freely, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with body, heart, and community.
Through rhythm and movement, we:
Awaken vitality and joy
Enter natural states of flow
Find deeper connection with ourselves and others
Your body already knows the way.

✔ Substance-free event - come as you are
✔ No talking on the dance floor - let movement be the language
✔ Barefoot dancing encouraged (or soft indoor shoes)
✔ Respect personal space - non-verbal consent is key
✔ No phones or recording - stay fully present
