Summer Fun Awaits at the 2025 Billing Fayre!
Save the Date! Saturday, 28th June 2025, is set to be a day filled with excitement, joy, and community spirit at the 2025 Billing Summer Fayre.
📍 Location: The Bernard Weston Pavilion and Sports Field in Gt Billing. 🕐 Time: From 1pm to 5pm.
What’s Happening?
Get ready for a fantastic array of activities and attractions:
1. Variety of Stalls: Imagine vibrant stalls spread across the field, from creative crafts to delicious treats, there’s something for everyone.
2. Food Haven: Treat your taste buds to delectable bites from local vendors, whether you’re in the mood for a sizzling barbecue or a refreshing ice cream.
3. Refreshing Drinks: Feeling thirsty? Enjoy a variety of drinks from the Elwes Arms Bar.
4. Entertainment Galore: Dance to lively tunes performed by The Conundrum. Have fun in the Bouncy Castle Village or enjoy a donkey ride.

• Free Admission: That’s right! No tickets needed—just come along with your brightest smile and join the fun. 🎈
• Parking Notice: For safety reasons, parking at the playing fields is limited. Only those with a disability parking permit (Blue Badge) can park on-site.
Pitch Opportunities
Are you part of a group looking to fundraise? Or a charity ready to make an impact? We have plenty of pitches available on the green field. Here’s the deal:
• Local Fundraisers: If you’re raising funds for a local group or charity, your pitch is free!
• Commercial Stalls: Have a business? Secure your spot for just £15.00. Set up your stall, impress the crowd, and you might become the highlight of the Fayre.
