Non-Refundable Deposits
Where a deposit is required to secure your place at an event, please note that this is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Confirmation of Attendance
To attend an event, you must mark yourself as โAttendingโ on the event listing. This allows us to manage numbers effectively and offer spaces to those on the waiting list where applicable.
Unable to Attend
If you are no longer able to attend an event you have confirmed for, you must notify Lorna Blakey via private message (PM) as soon as possible.
Limited Availability
Our events often have limited capacity and can fill up quickly. A waiting list may be in place for fully booked events, and your space may be offered to someone else if you do not follow the above steps.
