Summer Wellness Day Retreat

A beautiful Summer Wellness Day Retreat at The WI Hall in Romanby.
We begin with welcomes and a gentle yoga flow with Sally (Sally Rose Holistics)
After a short break with refreshments, we will enjoy an aromatherapy masterclass with Charlotte (The Serene Buddha)
After lunch we'll enjoy some midful mandala painting before rounding off with a deeply relaxing sound bath!
