FORMAT:
Before we hit the floor, we’ll spend time breaking down movement patterns, covering key race rules (Singles & Doubles), and sharing practical tips to make you more efficient at each station.
Then, we put it into practice with a half-distance simulation featuring 4 key Hyrox stations: No pressure - you can pick and choose what to do if you wish!
