Join Chef Harold, a sushi chef with over 20 years of experience, for a sushi cooking class at Long Live Beerworks in Roxbury.


Live Beerworks is a vibrant local brewery known for its craft beers, relaxed ambiance and community-focused atmosphere, making it the ideal venue for your sushi experience. Start your class by making a warm bowl of miso soup. Then, craft hand rolls (temaki) and inside-out rolls (uramaki) with gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free ingredients. Roll up your sleeves to create a savory shrimp tempura hand roll, followed by a unique sweet potato hand roll. Wrap up your class by preparing a perfect spicy tuna roll.
