This sound bath frames Friday the 13th as a gate between worlds. Thirteen as the number of death and rebirth, shedding skins, releasing inherited fear patterns.

Sound Palette:
Low gongs, deep bowls, Theremin whispers, frame drum heartbeat, chimes like keys turning in locks.


Journey Focus:
Letting go of old identities, timelines, or beliefs that no longer serve. Stepping through an inner doorway.
