Walk With a Doc

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

I am excited to announce the start of the first Walk With a Doc chapter in Nova Scotia! I will be at the Emera Center at 9am on the first Saturday of every month for a 3-5 minute talk on a health topic, followed by a one hour walk around the track. We start Saturday, July 5th!

We will walk on the outdoor track (Carmen Young) whenever weather permits, and on the indoor track when necessary.

We will be giving out t-shirts (first 50 participants), and pedometers (first 25 participants)!

-Everyone is welcome! All ages, all shapes & sizes. Bring your family and friends!
-Walk as fast or as slow as you like. If you need a rest- there are benches to sit down for a rest along the track.
-Chat with me and other members of our community!
