About the event

North Sydney Waterfront Walks

Join EO's Sherry, Lorraine from the Northside Gals, and Paula from CBRM Active for a Waterfront Walk and social Wednesday, May 21st at 10 a.m. at Munro Park.

Walk as long and as far as you like, depending on your ability. For those who would like a little bit of assistance, we'll have on hand some Urban walking poles for people to try, provided by Northside Family Practice. Using poles can help with stability, strength, and posture.

All levels of walkers are welcome! Come out for some exercise and friendship. The walk will be followed with a short social including tea & treats at the Library.
