Freedom To Move- 8 week program

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

We have had some cancellations for our 8 week BEGINNER “Freedom To Move” program beginning this Saturday, January 24th at 4pm.

Each class will be a combination of fitness education/information, followed by a 30-45 minute movement class and cool down. Participants will have free access to the “Y at home” app throughout the program.

This class is intended for those new to exercise, or those returning to physical activity. All exercises can be done on or with a chair if needed.
