📍 Meeting Spot:
Long Bay Regional Park - Head down Glenvar Ridge Road, turn left at the end, and we’ll be meeting at the very end of the car park. Look out for the Second Wind crew!

🕗 Time: 7am
📅 Date: Sunday 13th July 2025

This is an out-and-back trail, so you can go at your own pace - fast, slow, jog or walk. All levels welcome (yes, even first-timers and families!).
No pressure, no race - just movement, community, and good energy.

☕ Post-run Coffee:
Join us at November Café & Eatery afterwards for a well-earned coffee and some great chats.

🙌 How to Join:
No need to register - just click “Going” here on the event and turn up ready to move!
Bring a mate, your kids, work colleague - the more, the merrier! (please not, no furry friends are allowed in the park)
