Wellbeing Support and Practice groups

Come along and relax, meet others recovering from trauma, enjoy exploring ideas and maybe some crafting.

Fully funded for anyone curious about post traumatic growth and connection, with thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund, and as part of The Shift Project provision.

There is no pressure to share or talk, it's about our safe space and learning about other ways of healing.
