Join us every Thursday evening at the historic Cullercoats Watch House for a gentle, grounding meditation session. Whether you’re new to meditation or have a regular practice, this is a welcoming space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

Settle in with the sound of the sea outside and soft candlelight within, as we explore simple practices to calm the mind and restore the spirit.
