This 6-week series blends the wisdom of yoga, qigong, and modern somatic movement to help you feel grounded, supported and more at ease in your body.

Each week we’ll gently explore a new theme with mindful movement, breath-work and relaxation practices. Whether you’re new to yoga or simply looking for a more nurturing and intentional practice, these sessions are designed to be welcoming and accessible to all.
