In this 60-minute session, we’ll explore:
Rest & Recovery – Understanding postnatal healing and supporting your body.
Nourishing Body & Mind – Managing sleep, fatigue, and emotional well-being.
Strength & Stability – Gentle core connection, posture support, and baby-wearing tips.
Connection & Confidence – Embracing self-care, managing identity shifts, and building confidence in soothing your baby.
Expect relaxed discussions with a different focus each week, hands-on baby soothing techniques, and gentle movement. Feeding, cuddling, and resting are always welcome.
Come with just baby or bring your partner too.
