Each week at the Scituate Farmers Market, we’ve been celebrating the season’s freshest produce—but this Saturday, it’s time to give mushrooms their moment in the spotlight.
Eutopia Homestead has been delighting us with their beautiful fungi, and now they’re getting a well-deserved feature with a full-on Mushroom Day. We’ve invited the Mycological Society to join us at the market to share their knowledge—come learn about edible varieties, foraging tips, and the fascinating world of mushrooms.
There will be a free craft for children to make and take home their very own wooden mushroom—perfect for curious hands and creative minds.
And best news ever, Xen’s Critters will be back with their lovable animals, always a favorite for families and visitors of all ages.
