A unique art class designed specifically for women. The focus is on the somatic process of creating art rather than the final product. Through gentle prompts and guided meditation, you are invited to explore your emotions, uncover insight, and nurture your mental well-being. Experiment with various mediums such paints, pastels, and pens, all in a supportive, inclusive space. No prior experience needed—just bring your openness to explore.
