Join us for one of our favorite traditions—the Memorial Day Murph.

For 15 years, our community has come together on this day to honor the life of Lt. Michael Murphy and all those who’ve given their lives in service.

The workout is tough, but the meaning behind it is powerful:

Murph Workout:

1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
(You can scale it, partner it, or do it with a weight vest)
This event is open to EVERYONE—members, non-members, first-timers, and seasoned athletes alike. Bring your family, bring your friends, or come meet some new ones.

Come sweat with purpose. Let’s honor the fallen and show what community, strength, and sacrifice really mean.

We start at 8:00 AM sharp—don’t be late!
