Panch Kosha meditation is a deep and holistic inner journey based on the ancient yogic model of "Personality" called the five sheaths (koshas) of human existence. Each kosha represents a different human personality with its own unique characteristics.
What you will learn:
• Introduction: Understanding the concept and purpose of Panch Kosha meditation.
• Cyclic Meditation: Cyclicity is one of the key facets of nature, present internally and externally. Cyclic Meditation is built on the principle of alternate stimulation (like yoga postures) and stillness (like guided relaxation and mindfulness), incorporating the concept of cyclicity in tune with nature.
• Integration: Sessions that bring awareness of how the koshas interact and affect daily life (e.g., stress relief, emotional healing, deeper self-awareness).
• Techniques: Body awareness & grounding techniques, Breathwork (Pranayama), Mindfulness and emotional witnessing, Inner reflection, Silence, stillness & bliss-based meditation.
• All the meditations are integrated with specific mantras for a deeper effect.
