Yoga in the Yard

Sundays, now 9-10am with Sea Yoga!

Let's face it, at the end of the week everyone needs some time to re-center themselves and cleanse the spirit with a cold beer (first ones on us). Our Yoga in the Yard series with Sea Yoga will get rid of your Sunday scaries and guide you through a relaxing physical & mental workout, where the style of yoga varies every week. All levels are welcome, just don’t forget your yoga mat! Outdoors unless the weather pushes us inside!

On August 10th, we will be holding Puppy Yoga with Kind Keeper Animal Rescue. In addition to doing yoga with and meeting adoptable pups, we are encouraging those who can donate to bring cleaning products or other donations for the rescue. If you’d just like to sip and support the cause, we’d love that too! From 10am-4pm, 100% of profits from our “Canine Crush” (our Orange Crush cocktail) will be donated to the rescue as well. *Please note that this is only for our Orange Crush.*
