Soul Gathering - Journey Into Self

It’s evening this time!! 🌙

Let’s end the weekend, the month, and the evening with a gathering of souls to unite, move in yogic unison, drink from the cup of intention & cacao, and soften into music and shared voices.
This is, as always, donation based.
We’ll meet in the gardens of McLean Park and flow through Yoga, Cacao Ceremony, Meditation, and Kirtan.

Please bring a mug and a yoga mat 🌸
