Gentle Yoga in the Park

Join Agewell Services for gentle yoga in beautiful Custer Park overlooking Muskegon Lake. This class features less intense positions at a slower pace. Includes yogi breath work, meditation, and relaxation. The North Muskegon Branch's Community Room will be used in case of inclement weather. Call 231-354-2215 to register. Provided by Agewell Services with funds from the Muskegon County Senior Millage.
