Midweek Reset: Meditation & Sound Journey
Take a midweek pause to realign your energy and return to balance. This 75-minute experience combines guided meditation and a restorative sound bath led by Kat & Judy, using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments to create a deeply soothing atmosphere.
Float into stillness, release tension, and allow the sound vibrations to reset your body and mind for the rest of the week.
You’re welcome to bring an extra blanket or cushion for added comfort and support during your journey.
