Adult Partner Acrobatics with Scott and Hannah

Ready to lift, fly, and build strength with a partner? 🦋 This all-levels adult partner acrobatics class is designed for beginners through experienced flyers and bases. We’ll explore the fundamentals of partner balancing, L-basing, standing acrobatics, and creative transitions in a supportive, safety-focused environment. 🌟

Whether you come with a partner or solo, you’ll develop trust, communication, and body awareness while working in pairs and small groups. Each class includes a guided warm-up, strength-building drills, skill progressions, and time for playful experimentation. Join us afterwords from 7:00 - 8:00 PM for an Acro Jam!

No experience or partner required—just a willingness to try something new, support others, and maybe even flip your perspective! 🤸🏻

We also offer childcare on Friday nights from 5:45 PM - 8:00 PM! Now you can enjoy your evening classes or events knowing your little ones are having fun too! 💥
